The required documents for Gratis Diplomatic / Official Courtesy Visa are as follows:
a. duly filled and signed visa application form
b. two recent Passport photos (Scanned photos are not allowed & photo must be taken within the last 6 months)
c. an original diplomatic or official Passport with at least 6 months validity
d. a diplomatic Note Verbal or an appointment letter stating detailed description of the posting and entry to Myanmar
e. a letter of recommendation or invitation from the Ministry concerned in Myanmar and the company or organization in Norway၏
